Most agencies with comparable talent charge around $3,000/month. Only $700–$800 of that goes to the team member.
Not only do we charge less but we also pay our Assistants around 1.5 to 2x more than other agencies. Retention comes from making sure that our Assistants are paid well and supported well so they can focus on client impact.

You pay your assistant directly using your own systems at a rate based on their role and experience tier. Your assistant's rate is agreed upon before placement, so there are no surprises. Our recruiting is optimized to screen for people who regularly operate at a Level 4 on our Contributor Growth Curve.
Only the top ~1% of applicants make it through. We then tailor our shortlist based on what you care about most.
Your membership includes one free replacement within the year. If the fit isn't right, we'll rematch you, no questions asked. We want both sides set up for success, not locked into the wrong setup.
Yes. We run structured check-ins throughout the first three months: weekly during month one, then bi-weekly or monthly in months two and three depending on how the partnership is going. After that, we stay available on an as-needed basis. If things ever feel off track, we step in early.
Since your assistant is on your payroll, PTO and holidays are entirely your call to set with them directly. We provide a contract template you can use as a starting point. It covers the basics so you and your assistant can align on the terms that work for both of you.
All assistants sign an NDA before Day 1. We recommend starting with delegated or role-based access and expanding as trust develops. For teams that need more, we offer a Security Package add-on ($100/mo) that includes device management, VPN, virtual phone number, encryption, and remote wipe.
